Welcome to Epic1 Enterprise
The Epic1 Enterprise (E1E) program expands our Epic1 electronic health record (EHR) system across the entire organization.
So far, this expansion has included the conversion in June 2021 from Meditech to Epic1 at Memorial hospitals and Missouri Baptist Medical Center (Wave 1), and in April 2022, all Academic hospitals went live with new Epic applications (Wave 2). Now, with Wave 3, BJC Healthcare and Washington University School of Medicine (WUSM) continue to roll out Epic1. On Saturday, September 24, 2022, all Community hospitals will go live with this E1E project, which includes Epic’s Hospital Billing, Grand Central, Prelude, and Clinical Case Management applications. Specifically, the E1E project replaces the current Soarian revenue cycle system with Epic1 Hospital Billing at Alton Memorial Hospital; Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital; Christian Hospital/Northwest HealthCare; Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital; Parkland Health Center; and Progress West Hospital. Epic applications will also replace Allscripts CarePort for Utilization Review, and Teletracking for Bed Planning.
Continuing this transition to Epic1 and joining our partner hospitals on the same EHR is allowing us to consistently provide world-class care and services to our patients and community through a reliable, useable, and fully integrated system.
