M*Modal Fluency Direct and Computer-Assisted Provider Documentation (CAPD) e-Learning are available in BJC and WU Saba (Learn@Work)! Completion of the e-learning is all that is required to obtain a M*Modal Fluency Direct and Computer-Assisted Provider Documentation (CAPD) account.
(Instructions for accessing e-Learning)
Additional 1:1 training is available by requesting a BJC Service Now request “MModal User Account/Initial Training Request”. Additional training is recommended to help providers optimize their use of M*Modal. This request is intended for providers who prefer in person initial training as an alternative to completing the e-Learning or for additional training such as help setting up their profile and more in-depth coverage on different functions of M*Modal.
